Calle Caimito:
Highly recommended is El Mediterraneo one of the best restaurants in town, serving Spanish influenced food in a huge courtyard garden setting.
Calle La Calzada:
The 'Calzada' is a semi pedestrianized street running down to the lake from the cathedral. Generally, it's wings, burgers and pizzas and outside tables for al fresco drinking. However, a few good eating options are available:
Hotel Dario-The best fine dining option on La Calzada.

Fantastic grill steak at El Zaguan behind the cathedral -just off La Calzada-and the best food on your plate in town is probably at El Garaje, who close at 7.00pm!!??

Chico Tripe in La Villa, not far from the police station is the most popular in town. After 8pm it can get ´lively´
